Do I need a lot of ingredients or special tools?

The minimum is a slow juicer, an enema set and antiparasitic herbs. I attached the list of things in the guide

How can i vary the juices?

I dropped a good amount of recipes for you and you will quick figure out what you like the most and which routine makes sense for you.

How quickly will I see results?

The first results can already happen after a few days – it depends if you refer to parasites, skin issues or other symptoms.

Can i choose freely how long i want to juice fast?

Yes! My minimum recommendation is 21 days, better 28 days – but if you can only do it for 7-14 days, it is also possible, depending on your goals.
