Detailed product description
The sacred cacao is carefully cultivated in agroforestry in the north-east of Guatemala. This means that different varieties of maize, vegetables, cacao and trees are grown together in order to avoid end-mineralization of the soil. Based on the natural structure of the rainforest, it is one of the most sustainable cultivation methods in which animals, people and ecosystems are protected and preserved.
You can think of it as a forest bursting with biodiversity. With every cup of cacao you contribute to the preservation of the ecosystem.
